I can't comment on the distributed extensibility issue but regarding the 
@summary issue (Issue 32) - the actions for it were completed so I guess 
thats why it is closed. However, I don't consider the issue /resolved/ 
and I said as much at the teleconf. We are still awaiting a response 
from the PF which Chris is actioned to follow up with this week and then 
we will work out where to go from there.
