[html4all] HTML WG 2008-07-10 issue tracking telecon minutes

Great work Laura. That is a dizzying array of lists. It reminds me of
a story the director of public works in Chicago told me about why
Chicago has so many street lights. Everytime someone called to say
they felt unsafe, they would simply add more street lights to the
area. I get the feeling that it is the same with public input into
HTML5. Anytime someone complains that there isn't enough
responsiveness to input, the simply add another mechanism for input.

Take care,
Rob
